Mrs. JUANITA ANN "Nita" MITCHELL TINER

FORT WORTH – Juanita Ann Mitchell Tiner passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, June 17, 2017. She was 90. Service: A service at the grave will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Greenwood Memorial Park with the Rev. Ryan Baer officiating. Following the service, Nita will be laid to rest next to her loving husband, Garland. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to Ridglea Presbyterian Church or to a charity of choice, in her memory, is suggested. Born Oct. 31, 1926 in Weatherford, “Nita” as she was known to family and friends, was the daughter of John Reed and Annie Leslie Keith Mitchell. She was a former member of Ridglea Presbyterian Church and retired from MBank in 1985 after spending 40 years as a banker. Nita’s family would like to send a special thanks to Asana Hospice and the Courtyards at River Park for all of the care and kindnesses given. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings. Survivors: In addition to her nieces, nephews and cousins and their families, Nita is survived by a host of friends that have lost a dear person.
