Mr. RICHARD WILLIAM LeVINE

FORT WORTH -- Richard William LeVine passed away Monday evening, January 22, 2018. Mr. LeVine was 83. SERVICE: 10 a.m. Thursday in the Kornbleet Memorial Chapel, located in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery, 411 N. University Drive. Rabbi Andrew Bloom of Congregation Ahavath Sholom will officiate. Following committal prayers, he will be laid to rest in the cemetery. MEMORIALS: The family respectfully requests that no flowers be sent. However, in lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to a charity of choice, in his memory, is suggested. SURVIVORS: In addition to his wife, Ann Graves LeVine, Richard was father to Robert and Brian; and had four cousins.
