DEL COOPMAN

Del Coopman was born on December 24, 1974, and passed away on January 5, 2026. Del’s life was marked by his roles as a loving brother, son, uncle and friend, relationships he cherished deeply. Del’s family was central to his life and his love was a comfort for all of us.

Del loved watching Dallas sports, traveling the world with his brother Dax, experiencing new adventures like scuba diving and riding around town in his jeep. The highlight of the last year was being best man at Dax and Rebecca’s wedding and being able to celebrate this event with his family and friends.

Del was preceded in death by his mother Linda Coopman and father Norbert Coopman. He is survived by his twin brother Dax Coopman (Rebecca), his sister Angela Vaughan, his nephews RJ and Raymond Vaughan and his niece Anna Vaughan. His legacy continues through these beloved family members, whose lives he touched with his love, care, generosity and humor.

A visitation in memory of Del will be held on January 11, 2026, from 1:00 – 3:00pm at Harper & Lucas Funeral Home at 1500 8th Avenue, Fort Worth. This gathering will offer an opportunity for family and friends to come together in remembrance of Del’s life and the love he shared with all who knew him.
