Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Aug. 26, 1918, Brad was the son of Marguerite Katherine Golden and John Franklin Bradley. He graduated from California State Teachers University and immediately joined the United States Air Force. Pilot training took him to San Antonio, where he met and married Margaret "Monnie" Enloe. Together, they reared their three daughters as he was stationed around the U.S. and Japan. Upon retiring from active duty, he began his second career as an executive with Loop Cold Storage Co. After his enjoyable business career, life brought them to Fort Worth to be near beloved children and grandchildren. An avid golfer, Brad spent many days playing at River Crest Country Club, as well as Spanish Wells in Florida and Tripoli in Milwaukee, Wis. After Monnie's death, Brad was given another happy chapter in life, when he married Claire Snyder McDermott. With her, he gained a new family to lead and love. Their wedding included 16 of their great-grandchildren, and the last two years of his life were filled with companionship and laughter. Brad will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend, who lived his life well, serving, sacrificing, providing for and leading his family until his last days. His legacy of loving God and country will live on through the lives of his family, and he will be remembered by his daughters as a precious picture of our strong and loving heavenly Father. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister; his wife of 67 years, Margaret Enloe Bradley; son-in-law, W. Kent Riley; and great-grandson, West Bayliss Riley.
