Mrs. MILDRED BEGGS RATCLIFF MARTINEZ

FORT WORTH -- Mildred Beggs Ratcliff passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, Jan. 28, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was 91 years old. Service: 2 p.m. Monday at her grave in Greenwood Memorial Park, with the Rev. Josh Stewart, First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth, officiating. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to a charity of choice, in her memory, is suggested. A leader in the world of business, Mildred started her own antique store, Mildred Ratcliff Antiques, a shop she owned and operated for over 20 years. Her flair for early primitive furniture will long be remembered by her pieces still in her customers' homes. Survivors: In addition to her daughter, Glynda Ratcliff Coffey and her husband, Dick Coffey, Mildred is survived by her son, Forest Ratcliff Jr.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
