Sister MARY IMMACULATE of the HOLY SPIRIT, O.C.D. (Stella Elizabeth Warner)

Arlington, Texas - Sister Mary Immaculate of the Holy Spirit, O.C.D., died Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the Carmelite monastery.

Stella Elizabeth Warner was born in Tampa, Florida. She came from a large family. She is a member of the Discalced Carmelite Nuns of Arlington, Texas, having become a member of the Discalced Carmelite Order in 1955. She celebrated her Golden Jubilee of Religious Profession in 2007.

Sister Mary Immaculate will lie in state at the monastery on Mount Carmel Drive in Arlington from Monday, November 13, until Tuesday, November 14, when the private funeral will be held. Please remember our beloved Sister Mary Immaculate in your prayers. We regret to inform you that the funeral is not open to the public.
